Art Description: Lampwork glass beads and metals
Glass beads are made by me with glass rods and a torch and then incorporated into one of a kind pieces of jewelry. I also use metals on which I apply textures to utilize in the jewelry.
She is a retired public school art teacher, and has been working with lampwork glass and metals since 2001. Her work has been sold at several juried art shows throughout Michigan and online. Since retirement, she has developed her personal style, with an affinity towards antiqued steampunk. She enjoys a more sculptural approach, employing texture as much as possible. She claims that “Working with glass has been an addiction I’ve never been ashamed of.”

Biography: Bruce offers paintings of northern Michigan in water color. His first visit to a Cadillac was about 1950, when he owned a house on Lake Mitchell. He is a retired Architect and professor from the University of Cincinnati.

Biography: Self taught professional artist born in Cadillac, Michigan in1977. For over 15 years, she has been creating a variety of custom order for folks anywhere. She has won numerous top place awards as well as two of her first place pieces on display in her hometown, Cadillac City Hall. Shannon has a passion for adventure and creativity. Inspired by the Nature the Great Lake State possesses, she is able to let her talent unfold. She captures these magnificent views on paper, canvas, rocks (anything that doesn’t walk).
A freelance artist, Shannon creates portraits in multi-media whether it is graphite, chalk, acrylic, or oils for people who appreciate her talent and originality of a unique gift. Designing logos, painting murals, and developing illustrations are of many other forms of custom artwork she does. She takes on any medium and masters it with ease like wood carving, sculpting, painting on feathers, and airbrushing. Shannon is truly gifted.
Her future goals are to illustrate more children's books and challenge deeper art ideas within to develop new art concepts. Currently, she has been having fun with bottle slumping, which includes Spirit Bottles, Wine Bottle Platters, and decorative Wine Bottle Bowls.
Shannon shares two beautiful children with husband, Maurice. Her hobbies include time with her family such as riding bikes, camping, tubing, gardening, and travel which inspires creativity and refreshment.

Art Description: Acrylics: I paint predominantly acrylic landscapes of places I love including Lake Michigan sites. My paintings are realistic with some impressionist techniques.
Biography: I am a very visual person. I have always been drawn to both brilliance and subtitle nuances of color in nature. This passion was eclipsed as we raised our four children. In recent years I have nurtured that passion through the Yarnell School of fine art. My love of Northern Michigan is reflected in my acrylic landscape paintings

Traditional realism, meticulously detailed, 2 dimensional, a depth that can’t be shown in a photograph. I produced custom arts for the patron. Realism is my style with studies/ sketches loose and freely executed while finished works display meticulous attention to detail, atmosphere and meaningful texture.
Biography: Originally self taught, formal studies, medical and artists anatomy, still and motion photography (US Army), drawing and painting (Detroit Arts & Crafts), drawing and sculpture (University of North Carolina, Ashville.) I produce drawings, paintings and sculptures through observation and analysis, using traditional techniques and guided by the principles of mastery, not serendipitous success. Realism can be extremely expressive and emotional with control, presentation and subtlety as well as vibrancy. Part of the Artist’s responsibility is to produce a given set of criteria from nothing through his or her ability to control the media in which he or she works.

Biography: Amy Jo has been creating pottery for years, and every year she adds new techniques to her repertoire. She is also a gifted and trained henna artist, who integrates henna art into her unique pottery, along with designs inspired by nature and achetypal symbols. Amy Jo and her husband Douglas live, work, and create on a farm in Luther, where they tend goats, chickens, and gardens. In addition, Douglas turns wood, creating beautiful wooden bowls and more.
